Abstract

Након увода, први део рада је посвећен одређењу појмова вештачке интелигенције и тоталитаризма, приликом чега је подвучена важност разликовања садашње (машинско учење) и пројектоване (суперинтелигенција) фазе у развоју вештачке интелигенције, односно ембрионалне (тоталитарни покрет ван власти) и етаблиране (тоталитарни покрет на власти) фазе у развоју тоталитаризма. Други део рада испитује везу између садашњег ступња вештачке интелигенције и ембрионалне фазе тоталитаризма, док трећи део рада анализира потенцијални однос суперинтелигенције и етаблираног тоталитаризма. Показало се, с обзиром на сличности и разлике између ефеката савремене и будуће вештачке интелигенције и ефеката ранијег тоталитаризма, да данас (и колико већ сутра) немамо пуку реплику тоталитарних фаза из ХХ века, већ особене тоталитарне феномене у виду „капиларног тоталитаризма“, односно „хипертоталитаризма“. Прошловековни тоталитаризам, као и данашњи у „капиларној“ варијанти, нису (били) нужно иреверзибилни, али ће „хипертоталитаризам“ то бити. У закључку се предлажу заштитне мере од ризика вештачке интелигенције, у виду начела изузећа по узору на приговор савести.
