ПРОШИРЕНО ОДВРАЋАЊЕ: ПОГЛЕД ИЗ ИРАНА

Сажетак

Проширено одвраћање је део стратегије усмерене ка одбијању ривала или непријатеља од војног деловања против савезника, али и земље која организује само одвраћање. Иран, регионална сила је изградио партберство са више блискоисточних актера и дипломатско савезништво са више изванрегионалних држава, посебно са Русијом и Кином. Стога иранско, условно речено, проширено одвраћање Ирана према САД и Израелу делује регионално и глобално и има дипломатску и војну димензију. Концепт проширеног одвраћања у случају Ирана не функционише, јер та држава примењује макро одвраћање. То је стратегија употребе више државних и недржавних актера, војних и дипломатских напора како би се претња непосредне војне агресије удаљила и раширио фронт отпора претњама. КОмбинација овог концепта и стратешког стрпљења допринела је одлагању напада на Иран, али и на савезнике. Аутор је приказао како се иранско стратешко проишљање прилагодило на основу историјског искуства, контекста и идеологије Исламске револуције. Отуда су дефанзивни приступ и асиметрично хибридно ратовање, особености иранског приступа непријатељима и ривалима.
