ПРЕХРАМБЕНА СИГУРНОСТ КАО ЧИНИЛАЦ НАЦИОНАЛНЕ БЕЗБЕДНОСТИ

Сажетак

Сигурност у снабдевању храном је егзистенцијална потреба и глобални изазов. Евентуална нестабилност или дисконтинуитет у прехрани становништва угрожава националну безбедност државе, ствара услове за избијање конфликта и представља подједнаку претњу за регионалну и глобалну безбедност. Држава својом националном политиком треба да омогући сваком становнику перманентан приступ оптималној количини здраве и пуновредне хране из дугорочно одрживих извора. Парадигма приступа храни преко размене роба на светском тржишту у условима мулти-поларног света постаје ограничавајући фактор очувања суверенитета државе и инструмент за усмеравање политичких одлука које не одражавају националне интересе. У таквим околностима потребно је ревидирати и законодавно артикулисати каузалну повезаност исхране становништва и националне безбедности у циљу целисходнијег суочавања са изазовима новог времена.
